Danica R. Starks is Founder and CEO of Morning Star Global Enterprises, LLC, a global advisory firm specializing in international business strategy, market access, and economic growth. A former senior U.S. Department of Commerce official, she led U.S. engagement on World Bank and multilateral development bank commercial opportunities and held senior policy roles focused on Russia and Eurasia.
