What are the GTF working groups?

The GTF Working Groups transform two days of strategic dialogue at the Forum into a full year of coordinated action. Established from the outcomes of the closed-door roundtables at GTF 2026, each Working Group is built around a concrete action mandate agreed by senior leaders, translating discussions into sustained strategic partnerships, jointly developed frameworks, and measurable progress. The Working Groups maintain momentum between Forum editions by advancing these mandates and reporting on results and next steps at the following Forum.

GTF 2026 is the foundation of what will become an impact-driven international platform for the new global digital economy. Solutions produced under GTF 2026, including policy recommendations, partnership announcements, and working group mandates, feed directly into the GTF 2027 program.
