Jess Conser

Dr. Jess Conser is a Partner at Korn Ferry, where she advises leaders and organisations on human + AI transformation. Her work focuses on redesigning work, aligning leadership and workforce capability, and translating AI ambition into measurable value.

With more than 17 years of industry experience spanning leadership, workforce strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation, Jess has worked with global organisations navigating complex shifts in strategy, technology and ways of working. Today, she takes an evidence-based approach to help leaders understand how work happens, identify where human + AI ways of working can create meaningful impact, and build the capabilities needed for the future.

As Chief Impact Officer at Maginative, she co-developed an organisational AI maturity framework and a LinkedIn Learning course that helps leaders build responsible, enterprise-wide AI literacy. She is a Senior Fellow with Diplomatic Courier’s World in 2050 and contributes to global conversations on AI, education and the future of work, including at WISE, UNGA, WEF and Web Summit. Jess serves as Board Chair at CIMBA in Italy and has taught executive education and MBA courses at Ithaca College and Business School Lausanne. She holds a PhD in Organizational Performance and Change.

Jess lives in Zurich with her two children and enjoys new cultures. Together, they have visited 37 countries, with many more to experience.
