Kazushi Yamamoto

Kazushi Yamamoto is Honorary Distinguished University Professor of Law at Tashkent State University of Law and Distinguished Global Professor of Law and Governance at The Neotia University, India. He is President of the Society of International Business and Legal Studies for 2026, and examines candidates for the PhD and the higher doctorate (DSc) in law. A former Visiting Research Fellow at Georgetown University's Kennedy Institute of Ethics, his work concerns authority: where the power to make rules comes from, and to whom a decision is attributed once a machine has made it.
