Massimo Temussi was born in Sassari, Italy, on 15 July 1970. He holds a degree in Business Administration and began his career in consulting, specialising in strategic consulting and technical assistance related to EU funds.
Over the past 19 years, he has held senior public management positions in medium- and large-sized public institutions, overseeing organisational restructuring processes, including mergers and demergers. His previous roles include Managing Authority for European funds, Director-General of Health, and member of a university’s Board. For the past four years, he has served as Director-General of the Ministry of Labour Market and Social Policies.
